"A 3 bedroom, end of terrace property, situated in a quiet and secluded location close to the shops and local amenities of Emmer Green. The main rooms of the house including the kitchen, large living/dining room and master bedroom have been recently refurbished and are now presented in a modern and stylish way. In addition to these rooms there is a conservatory across the back of the house, a downstairs cloakroom, family bathroom, a second double bedroom and a third single bedroom that is fitted with a desk and cupboards to make a study. The back garden is mainly laid to lawn with a patio, BBQ area and a garden shed.
ACCOMMODATION
The front door opens into a useful entrance porch which in turn leads into the large living/dining room. This room has been recently refurbished with modern dark wood effect flooring, contemporary wall colours and a feature, wall mounted electric fire. There is a large storage cupboard under the stairs and a cloakroom. The Kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base level units and there is space for a dishwasher, washing machine, freestanding cooker and large fridge/freezer.
