Set in a larger than average plot, the rear garden extends to approx. 180ft. in length providing plenty of scope to extend (subject to your own investigations and necessary consents) without compromising the grounds.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and floor units and benefits from a Neff double oven, Bosch five-burner gas hob and extractor fan. An extension to the rear provides additional living space in the form of a 23 ft family room, accessed via an archway from the kitchen; with its two distinct zones and double doors opening onto a decked area, it could easily be repurposed as a dining room or home office, if desired.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with ample hanging space in built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a dual aspect and views over the gardens. The third bedroom is currently used as a study. All bedrooms share a family bathroom with an integrated bath tub with shower over.
