"An attractive four bedroom semi detached bungalow which was rebuilt in 1995 and offers well presented and flexible accommodation. The property boasts a vaulted hallway, two reception rooms, a kitchen/breakfast room, an en-suite wet room to bedroom one, three first floor bedrooms, a ground floor shower room and a first floor bathroom. Outside, the property has a garage plus driveway parking and a lovely 65ft south facing rear garden.

DESCRIPTION The entrance hall is vaulted and has an understairs cupboard and oak flooring. The sitting room is at the rear of the property and overlooks the rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room has a range of oak fronted units, a stainless steel double electric oven with 4 ring gas hob and extractor hood. There is plumbing for a washing machine, space for a fridge/freezer, a tiled floor and patio doors on to the rear garden.
