Situation
The property is located in a favoured residential area to the west of the town and within close proximity is a variety of local stores and amenities. The town centre is some two miles distant and offers a wide variety of specialist shops, sports facilities and a multi screen cinema. For the commuter Maidenhead's mainline railway station provides regular services to London Paddington and Reading. Vehicular links are also excellent with the nearby A404(M) providing access to the M4 at junction 8/9 and the M40 at junction 4.
