"This well presented, four-bedroom, detached chalet-style family home enjoys a generous plot with gated access to a private driveway, making the home feel tucked away and secluded. The house was originally built in the 1970s and has been extensively improved over the years. The property is well presented throughought with very little cosmetic work required. The accommodation extends to a total of 1672 sq ft and is arranged in a versatile layout with scope to use the downstairs bedrooms as additional reception space or a home office if desired. The property is entered via a generous entrance hall leading onto an L-shaped sitting room with woodburner and sliding door leading into the garden. From the sitting room there is access to the bright dining room, also with pleasent views of the garden. The kitchen, which can be accessed via both the sitting and dining room has a selection of countertop space and eye and base level units as well as a selection of integrated appliances such as; extractor, a Neff electric oven and gas hob, and dishwasher, there is also space for a freestanding fridgefreezer. Situation
Kings Grove is an attractive residential street situated to the south-west of the town centre in the popular Boyn Hill Area of Maidenhead, within 0.5 miles of the mainline station. The amenities of the town offer an extensive range of shopping and recreational facilities that include an indoor shopping centre and multiscreen cinema complex. Sporting and leisure facilities in the area include golf, horse racing at Ascot and Windsor and rowing at Dorney Lake. The M4 motorway passes close to the town and provides access to Heathrow Airport, London, the West Country and the M25 motorway network. Rail access to London is available via Maidenhead Station with the future arrival of Crossrail expected to further enhance commuting to London‘s West End and the City. There are a number of local schools in the area.
