"A substantial three double bedroom semi detached house built circa 1920 with views over Inkpen Common in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property has a smartly refitted kitchen, a stylish sitting room with decorative fireplace, inset wood burning stove and French windows opening onto a large terrace which leads to a private rear garden approx. 150ft in length. There is a large outbuilding with power and light which would make a great home office/games room/studio. Accommodation includes entrance hall, hallway, living room, kitchen, dining room, rear lobby, downstairs shower room, three double bedrooms, bathroom, decent rear garden and ample driveway parking.

ACCOMMODATION Ground floor Open entry porch with front door leading into a large spacious entrance hall with further door into an inner hallway. The inner hallway provides access to both the kitchen and sitting room and has stairs leading off to the first floor landing. The sitting room has a lovely feature fireplace with inset wood burner, is dual aspect with double glazed French doors leading out to the rear garden. The kitchen has been beautifully refitted with a John Lewis kitchen with built-in oven, hob, extractor fan, plumbing for dishwasher and washing machine with space for high-level fridge/freezer.
