"FIRST STONE BARN - A stunning Grade II listed conversion in the village of Eastbury, which lies to the North West of Hungerford in the Lambourn Valley, known locally as the 'Valley of the Racehorse'. The property occupies a plot of approx 0.75 of an acre and comprises reception hall, drawing room with woodburning stove, dining room, kitchen, utility room, study, second study/bedroom 6 and cloakroom on the ground floor with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the first floor. The property also benefits from a luxurious indoor heated pool with jacuzzi, shower and changing area, stunning mature gardens with summerhouse and greenhouse, secure parking for a number of vehicles. First Stone Barn has been designed so that the main rooms all have a Southerly aspect across its garden, the ground floor accommodation has well proportioned rooms with good ceiling heights and natural light. it provides excellent space for both family living and entertaining.

The property is Grade II Listed and was converted in 1989 using many original materials. Great care was taken to ensure that the property retained much of its period character.

Approximate travel time to London by train via Newbury or Hungerford is 60 minutes.

DIRECTIONS
From junction 14 of the M4 take the A338 north towards Wantage. After approximately 3 miles, in Great Shefford, turn left towards East Garston and onto Eastbury, past The Plough public house and take the next left, a narrow road over the river Lambourn. First Stone Barn is 50 yards up the bridleway on the right hand side.
