Seller s Comment...
We have had 16 wonderful and happy years in this house. My boys have grown up here and whilst they have moved on with their lives they both have great memories of growing up here in Crowthorne.
We ve had a lot of large family gatherings and celebrations here as the space is ideal for entertaining.

The neighbourhood is friendly and pretty quiet and while we ve seen neighbours come and go in our time here everyone gets on with each other. The area has some great schools and is very family friendly.
We ve all loved having Heathlake close by to walk our dogs. It s a very pretty place to walk. Also close by for walking with or without dogs is Bucklers Park, Pinewood and Gorrick Woods.

We shall miss this house and will hold on to our memories but it s now time for a new family to enjoy.

Will and Mike s Comment...
This isn t the first time we ve had the pleasure of selling a home in the renowned Pine Ridge development, this is such a popular development and the homes here really do have some serious curb appeal... This one is no different! It always says a lot when a home hasn t come onto the market for such a long time, this home really does have some great space on offer and has been extremely well loved and looked after. Our seller have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so much right on your doorstep.

As you can see from the details, this house has been extended and has some excellent space on offer both upstairs and downstairs. The open entrance hall welcomes you through, it then leads you into the spacious living room complete with feature fireplace and doors leading to the garden and through to the kitchen diner. You also have a cloakroom and storage off of the hallway, whilst to the other side the extension creates an ideal playroom, office or both.

The back of the house is one of our favourite features of this home, boasting an impressive open plan kitchen dining space with underfloor heating and where our seller spends the majority of their time. The kitchen itself is an impressive spec with a mix of both light and dark stone worktops, and has all of the integrated appliances you would expect with ample storage space. You ve also got a large utility room off of the kitchen with access onto the garden.

Upstairs all of the bedrooms are a good size with three of them being double rooms and coming with fitted wardrobes. But the master bedroom is our personal favourite on this floor with its impressive size, built in wardrobes and beautifully refitted en suite shower room. The family bathroom has been refitted in the last few years and is in great condition. The loft is boarded and offers plenty of additional storage space.

The garden is a lovely size and very secluded with the mature tree line screening you from the houses behind. As you can see from the details it is a very low maintenance garden by having the artificial grass down but this could easily be put back to lawn. There is side access down one side with access to the front, where you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles and the double garage. If you are looking for a spacious family home in a great location then this really is not one to miss out on, we can t wait to take you on a tour in person.

This fabulous location is just a short 5 minute walk in one direction to Heath Lake Park with its fantastic wildlife, and in the other you have Bigshotte Park with plenty of open green space to enjoy. If you re commuting, Crowthorne train station is just a 25 minute walk away also with a bus stop just outside the house. Transport links into London are within easy reach via the A329, M3 and M4 from here. This home falls under many of Crowthorne s local school catchments including the popular Edgbarrow Secondary School and Hatch Ride Primary School, which are also walking distance.
