Tidwells Lea is a beautiful cul de sac of detached homes, this home in particular is tucked away and has a very private feel. You have the best of both worlds, having the benefits of Warfield such as the community and green spaces like Edmunds Green on your door step and also being less than a mile walk to The Lexicon.

This home will tick so many boxes for families, it has a driveway and detached double garage with electricity and then internally the house is beautifully presented and will be great for entertaining. As soon as you step inside you are drawn to the kitchen. It is generously sized and beautifully designed in a shaker style with stone worktops. The breakfast bar towards the rear is great for entertaining and there is still space for a dining room. The utility room is to the front keeps everything separate.
The living room is the length of the house with a log burner as a centre piece, an extension has been done to the rear with glass sliding doors onto an extra reception room which would make a great playroom or reading room.
Onto the first floor are four bedrooms with the master having an ensuite shower room. The top floor is a brilliant size and also has an ensuite.
