General Information SERVICES: WATER/DRAINAGE/GAS/ELECTRIC COUNCIL TAX: LUTON BOROUGH COUNCIL - BAND B EPC RATING AWAITED Situation The property is situated on Oregon Way just off of Evergreen Way which is off of Kirby Drive in Bramingham. Short distance away from Bramingham Primary School and Sainsburys Supermarket. Directions ***FROM OUR OFFICE*** Turn right onto Hancock Drive. Turn right onto Cromer Way. Continue through the Bushmead estate until you get to a T junction with Blakeney Drive turn right.
