"This charming pre-war detached home offers the purchaser a rare opportunity to create a fantastic family home in this highly sought after location within excellent reach of easy commuter links and the A41/M25 for Berkhamsted or links to London. Currently in need of full modernisation throughout, the property offers a spacious ground floor entrance hall with wood flooring through the two reception rooms, including a double aspect living room with single glazed lead windows, and double doors out to the garden. The kitchen has a good sized window overlooking the garden, a small pantry and rear entrance to the conservatory (in need of replacement).
