"The location and sheer uniqueness is where this village home scores. It's very special. How many houses do you see that you approach over a ford and have a babbling brook running through the garden all year long. There is something so tranquil and yet so compelling about moving water. You just want to spend all your time outdoors. Inside the current owners have replaced or improved just about every aspect of the house. Light floods in with most windows enjoying an enviable view of that super garden. With three reception rooms the hospitable mood of this home is enhanced by the cheerful and modern kitchen/breakfast room and the refreshingly crisp décor and presentation throughout. Upstairs there were once four bedrooms but the layout now offers three good bedrooms but with an en-suite shower room and a really top draw bathroom complete with claw foot tub and separate shower.
