"Reputedly dating back to the early 19th century, a detached Grade II listed period house now requiring complete refurbishment and modernisation.The property stands in grounds of about 0.6 acres and is located in the heart of this well thought of village.

This is an opportunity to create an imposing family home in excellent gardens in the centre of the village and to bring out the character and style of the building. There are many period features which include original windows, skirtings, doors, attractive staircase and some fireplaces.

Although requiring comprehensive modernisation works, the property has been re-roofed with new gutters and downpipes.

WESTON TURVILLE
Weston Turville is a medium size village with the usual selection of older properties, many listed and more modern properties. There is a small shopping parade of four units. It is about 4 miles south east of the county town of Aylesbury which has large town shopping and leisure facilities and secondary schools including the well thought of Grammar School. The property is in the centre of the village and when entering from the Wendover direction along Worlds End Lane turn right at the mini roundabout by the Chandos public house into Main Street.
