" A wonderful opportunity to acquire an individual three bedroom home set on a good size plot, within easy walking distance of the town centre. The house has been in the same ownership for many years and benefits from a detached double garage and off-road parking. The accommodation is approached via the entrance hall flanked by two reception rooms, both with bay windows overlooking the front garden. The spacious sitting room has a feature brick fireplace and shelving. The light and airy dining room is adjacent to the kitchen/breakfast room, which has a central island unit with breakfast bar, with fitted units and white goods. Double doors lead out to the patio and rear garden. Additional ground floor rooms include a study, which could be utilised as a fourth bedroom, a shower room with walk in shower and a family room, which has built-in bookcasing and shelving and full size windows, with lovely views of the garden.
