Detached period property, with pony paddock,kennels and stables, 4/5 bedroom, large lounge seperate dining room, nice sized kitchen,24 foot by 12 wooden chalet attached to house with electric and hot and cold water.
Jacuzzi bath with seperate shower.
we currently run a part time dog grooming business from one of the stables, this can be passed on with the property if wanted. There is also a kennel block as we used to breed st bernards, bullmastiffs and bulldogs.
lovely private garden with woods to the rear.

Semi-rural village with pub, mini-market, chemist, post office and a couple of take-aways all within walking distance, leisure center, and fos las race course also within walking distance, various golf clubs , beaches , pembrey country park, horse riding and burryport harbour are within a few miles drive.
