A beautifully presented detached family home with four double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sunny west facing rear garden. The property was built by the highly regarded local house builder Daniel Gath Homes in 2014 to their Ainsty design and forms part of an exclusive development of just seven detached homes.

The entrance hallway leads through the centre of the house with an under-stairs storage cupboard and a cloakroomWC off. The sitting room features a bay window to the front and an electric log effect fire in a traditional style surround. To the rear is a separate family room with French doors opening onto the patio. The stylish, dual aspect dining kitchen is a superb social space with west facing windows overlooking the rear garden and ample room for a dining table and chairs adjacent to the south facing French doors which lead out to the patio seating area. The kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of wall and base units with luxury granite worktops and upstands, a Rangemaster range cooker and Neff fitted appliances - extractor hood, integrated microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a fitted fridge freezer, under unit lighting and recessed ceiling spotlights. Bonneycroft is situated off Princess Road, one of the most sought-after areas in the popular village of Strensall. The village has many amenities including a medical centre, dentist, vets, convenience stores, post office, chemist and public houses. Further shopping and supermarkets can be found nearby at the Monks Cross and Vanguard shopping centres. York s city walls at Monk Bar are only 6.5 miles to the south. York Golf Club, regarded as one of the best courses in the area, is approximately 1 mile away and there are miles of wonderful walks on Strensall Common and along the river Foss, both of which are just a short walk from the property. Primary schooling can be found at the Robert Wilkinson Primary Academy in the village and Strensall is within the catchment area for the highly regarded Huntington Secondary school.
