" Loring Road is a beautifully presented THREE bedroom period property, with pretty gardens and a wonderful outlook with sea and coastal views from all of the principal rooms in the house. Built at the turn of the twentieth century Loring Road exhibits many of the characteristics of the period, including high ceilings, evenly proportioned rooms and large windows. Much improved over recent the years the accommodation comprises; entrance hall, sitting room with multi fuel stove, dining room/snug with solid oak floors and breakfast kitchen with a pretty outlook over the garden and towards the coast.

On the First Floor are two double bedrooms and house bathroom with white suite, whilst a large Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room takes up the whole of the Second floor with a dual aspect looking across to Robin Hoods Bay to the North and with Scarborough Castle and Filey Brigg, both visible on a clear day to the south.

Outside there is a neat, easy maintenance garden to the properties front, whilst to the rear is a pretty cottage garden, well established and with a lovely open outlook across open fields. There is a range of useful outbuildings including timber workshop, and useful garden store. The property is double glazed and has a modern oil fired central heating system.Ravenscar is a small village some ten miles to the north of the sea side town of Scarborough, and is renowned for its spectacular views and rugged coastline. As well as being in the National Park, much of the land around Ravenscar is owned by the National Trust, and the Cleveland Way long distance footpath follows the coastline. The village benefits from a Parish Church, Village Hall, Post Office, Visitors Centre and Village Shop which operates on a trust system.
