This four bedroom detached house offers well proportioned accommodation in the popular suburb of Osbaldwick. Wydale Road is a lovely residential street made up of primarily detached family homes.

The property opens to a porch/entrance hallway leading onto the lounge. The lounge boasts a large window to the front elevation which lets in an abundance of natural light. Beyond the lounge is a dining room with glass-panelled sliding doors onto the garden. The dining room is open to the kitchen with a series of wall and base units with built-in appliances and space for a large range cooker with over head extractor. From the kitchen is a space for utilities and a ground floor WC. There is also access outside to the side of the house as well as a door into the integral garage.

Stairs from the entrance hallway lead to a first floor landing off which are four bedrooms and a family bathroom suite.

Leave York via Lawrence Street (A1079) and continue over the crossroads, as the road becomes Hull Road. Proceed onto the dual carriageway (A1079) and at the roundabout take the first exit onto Tranby Avenue. Then take the first right onto Baysdale Avenue which bends to the left onto Bedale Avenue. Take the next right linking to Wydale Road where the property is positioned on the right hand side.
