" This well looked after three bedroom detached bungalow is tucked away on the outskirts of Ditton Priors in a larger than average plot with open fields to one side.

A gated gravel drive provides parking for several cars with a path to the front glazed porch. From the entrance hall you enter the open plan dining and living room which forms an L shape. The lounge has a wood burner which, when lit, keeps the bungalow very snug. The well fitted kitchen can be accessed from the dining room and has a door to the useful utility and access to the rear garden.

There are three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom off the inner hall, an airing cupboard and storage cupboard.

Outside the gardens are mostly lawned with some well stocked borders and fruit trees. There is a vegetable patch and greenhouse to one side and on the other side of the drive a large shed which is currently used as a store and work shop.

      From Bridgnorth follow the A458 turning left for the A458 out of Bridgnorth towards Shrewsbury turning left at Morville taking the signs for Ludlow. Head along here for a couple of miles taking a left hand turn at Monkhopton which is signposted Ditton Priors. Follow the road and on entering the village of Ditton Priors turn left just before the Howard Arms Public House. A short distance down the road there is a sweeping entrance to the Village Hall car park, opposite the Village Hall main door bear left and the bungalow can be found through the gates on the left hand side.
