" A wonderful family home in the charming village of Leigh Sinton.

Description

This lovely home has fantastic accommodation within including a reception room, a kitchen dining room, a guest WC and a store. To the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which have built in wardrobes, a family shower room and a separate WC. Outside, there is ample off road parking and good sized gardens.

The property is approached via a gated pathway with lawns to either side and leads to the front door.

As you enter you are greeted by a welcoming hallway with stairs to the first floor and doors to the lounge and kitchen.

The light and airy lounge has a window to the front and a feature fireplace set on a marble hearth.

The kitchen area needs updating and is partially separated from the dining area. The kitchen has base units incorporating a stainless steel sink with double drainers. There are quarry tiles to the floor, a window to the side, space for a slot in cooker, a door to the rear lobby and an opening through to the dining area.

The dining area is light and airy with a window to the rear.

The rear lobby has a door to the guest WC, a door to a useful store and a further door to the garden.
