" A good sized family home, set in an elevated position with long distance views towards Mirfield.This, brick and rendered, three bedroomed semi detached property, being positioned on a corner plot, offers gardens to three sides. An elevated plot also gives additional privacy to this home.

This home is conveniently located for commuting to Huddersfield, Dewsbury and Leeds. From a recreational point of view the Greenway Cyclepath access is three minutes walk away and Crow Nest Park about 5 minutes walk.
