Bear left at the roundabout at Glass Houghton, and turn left at the next roundabout towards Ferrybridge. Follow the road up the hill and out of Castleford. On entering Ferrybridge take the old A1 north (A162) leave the old A1 north at the 2nd exit over the flyover. Turn right on the mini-roundabout into Byram Park Road, turn left into Queen Margaret's Drive, turn left at the T-junction follow the road to the very end and the property will be seen marked by our for sale board.
