A semi detached 1920's dormer bungalow set in a popular seaside town location. The accommodation comprises two reception rooms and three bedrooms and the property overlooks the boating lake. The majority of windows have PVCu double glazed units and there is electric heating and domestic hot water. At the rear of the bungalow is an off street parking area and there are small front and rear garden areas.

A stage 1 mundic examination was carried out on 9th July 2019 and this resulted in an unclassified category. A stage 2 mundic test is required to report a classification.
