Description 'Turnstones' is, without doubt, one of the most superbly positioned properties within the Feock area. Two of these bedrooms, including the luxurious master suite, enjoy the fantastic views over the water as well as having en-suite facilities. The fantastic master bedroom features a long bank of built in wardrobes, built in to the eaves, along one side. To its extreme, double doors open out on to a private balcony whilst to the rear; a dressing room leads through to a well appointed en-suite bathroom.

. The en-suite shower room to the guest suite also acts as a 'Jack & Jill', as it may also be accessed directly from the corridor. Each of the washrooms also benefit from under floor heating. Two further double bedrooms still enjoy an abundance of natural light despite their northerly aspect as one features yet another dual aspect whilst the smaller is narrow so that the one window casts light on the entire room.

. Turnstones benefits from an appreciable amount of formal parking together with two, separate garages. This area is comfortably large enough to accommodate five or six cars and is surrounded by the beautiful formal gardens that include a lavishly sized, beautifully arranged water feature. In addition to the well stocked formal gardens, a path leads off from the top of the garden, passed a spacious storage shed and through to a delightful area of woodland that is often awash with the various colours of bluebells and other wild flowers. This woodland wonder leads down to the waterside where a charming boathouse may be found. In addition, timber gates, framed by low-hanging Oak trees, open directly down on to the beach.Turnstones also benefits from having ownership of the foreshore down to the mean low tide line in front of both the house and the woodland area.

Location The sought after village community of St. Feock, is regarded as one of the most highly favoured locations in South Cornwall centring on the picturesque church. The area is ideal for the nautical enthusiast with the creeks and famous sailing waters of the River Fal upon ones doorstep.

Within the parish and certainly one of the most noteworthy of its niches, is the serenely beautiful Loe Beach; painting a picture postcard with its colourful moorings, sailing school, waterfront caf? and boating facilities. All of which is but a stones throw from Turnstones along its extensive access lane than runs above the foreshore of the beach itself. A local bus service operates to the Cathedral City of Truro with school buses for Penair, Truro College and Kea School stopping on the Feock Road.

. There are also some delightful coastal and woodland walks in the National Trust Gardens of nearby Trelissick House, as well as access to the lovely Roseland Peninsula via the 'King Harry Ferry'. The Cathedral City and county capital of Truro is approximately five miles distant, offering a myriad of both independent and main-stream retail outlets, professional services and medical facilities together with the mainline rail service between Penzance and London Paddington.
