" Mapleton House dates from the 1870's and was extended and converted into 13 apartments by Revelprime during the last twenty years. The property has mainly brick and tile hung elevations under a tiled roof. 8 Mapleton House is situated within the original Manor House but is accessed via the new wing with lift and stairs access.

Our clients own a share of the freehold, which is owned by Mapleton House Management Co. Ltd.

LOCATION Situated in a country lane, less than a mile from the centre of Four Elms, which is located around a small crossroads and village pond. There is a Garage, local Pub, Sports Ground, Primary School and Church. Chartwell House, the home for many years of the late Sir Winston Churchill, is about a mile away with Westerham town centre being about three miles. OUTSIDE There are two allocated parking spaces, one to the front and the other to the back.
