The terrace gets the sun throughout the day and has views towards countryside fields. In addition, there is a lawn area to kick a ball around and colourful flower beds. Outside there is a large shed area and an undercover area which could be very useful as a wood store in the winter.

What the Owner says:

This has been a great family home for us. We love the location as it was a little different to a lot of the estate type homes we viewed when searching. The village is great and the local primary school has been excellent. From here the access to both Crowborough & Tunbridge Wells is excellent and there is even a little newsagents you can walk to.
