" A delightful Grade II listed house built, we understand, during the early 19th Century, set in a small terrace in this idyllic Sussex village with extensive south westerly views over Eridge Park and surrounding countryside. The house was converted to create a practical living space and now offers a good-size sitting room, kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms, shower room and garden.

Frant is a picturesque Sussex village centred around the village green with its cricket pitch, two pubs, village shop, post office and church. From the property there are far reaching views to the south west across Eridge Park and views to the other side of the village green and cricket pitch. There is a village primary school that is well regarded locally. The far greater amenities of Tunbridge Wells with its mainline station, and excellent range of shops and schools are approximately two-and-a-half miles to the north. The mainline station of Frant is located in the village of Bells Yew Green, just a short drive away, with services to London in around 55 minutes.
