Formerly the farm outbuildings of Richardson Court there is a tremendous sense of history. The stunning, contemporary styled interior has numerous original features and the apartment is arranged over two floors with its own private access. Other nearby pubs/restaurants include The Black Horse in nearby Monks Horton (1.4 miles), The Drum in Stanford North (1.8 miles) and The Tiger Inn in Stowting (2.6 miles) - all of which are very popular for their food and/or entertainment. Sellindge is part of North Downs West Ward of Folkestone and Hythe Town Council but part of the Elham ward of Kent County Council. The village plays host to the annual Sellindge Steam Fair every year with displays including traction engines, steam, diesel, electric locomotive units, buses and lorries. "
