" Situated at the end of a no through road this spacious detached house has been beautifully updated throughout. The property was built in 2000 on the highly desired Little Burton development. The current vendors have extended the property to the front to provide a spacious porch. The entrance hall has an opaque sun tunnel bringing in tremendous natural light. The layout has an easy flow and from the living room there are double fully glazed doors to the dining room which is open plan to the stunning new kitchen. The kitchen has a good selection of white wall and base units with integrated appliances including a double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and space and plumbing for a washing machine.
