" A spacious two bedroom, first floor apartment located in the popular residential area of Kennington in Ashford. With peppercorn ground rent and very reasonable service charges, this apartment is ideal for those wanting to tip their toe into the buy to let market or increase their portfolio.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and offers spacious accommodation throughout. There is a large, bright lounge/diner with an electric fireplace and two good-sized double bedrooms with some built-in storage.
