" From the moment you pull up on the drive you can tell that this home has character and warmth. The sizeable entrance hall is bright and welcoming with stylish black and white tiles, suggesting a hint of quality that continues throughout this family home.the lounge has a solid granite fireplace and is the place to be on a cold winters evening, while during the summer and the rest of the year, the whole family congregates in the open planned sun room and dining area. This is the heart of the house and it's easy to see why, with open views of the stunning back garden which extends to well over 100'. The kitchen has solid bamboo worksurfaces with a porcelain sink unit, while a separate utility and downstairs WC come in very handy. The master bedroom has had an en-suite fitted whilst the second bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe. The third bedroom is a good size as is the family bathroom which has a shower as well as a bath!!

What the Owner says:

Since we were married we'd always lived in modern properties. They were fine but we'd always fancied buying something with a bit of character that we could make our own. Faversham Road came on the market at the right price and had masses of potential. Over the last 5 years the house has been completely refurbished inside. Ceilings, floors and walls have been replaced, while the kitchen and bathroom have been updated.
Having 2 children meant that adding an en-suite to our bedroom saved time and stress in the mornings. The sun room at the back of the house means we can enjoy the garden all year round and if I'm honest, it will be the garden that I'll miss most!!
