" NO ONWARD CHAIN. This excellent detached family house built in 1966 and first time on the market since new is situated on the sought after southern side of Tunbridge Wells and convenient for many of the amenities in the town. The family accommodation is arranged over two floors and there is now scope for some updating and improvement. Particular points of note include the following:-
The enclosed porch opens to the entrance hall which has a cloakroom and stairs to the first floor.
The sitting room has an outlook to the front and an open fireplace with a gas point. A folding door opens to the very good size dining room where there are sliding patio doors to the rear garden.
The kitchen is fitted with a range of cupboards and draw units, work surfaces and cupboards above, a twin bowl double drainer sink unit and a door to the rear hallway with a door to the garden.
On the first floor all five bedrooms are doubles, the main one with views, an en suite bathroom and a fitted wardrobe, three with wash hand basins, the fourth bedroom with a space-saving fitted wardrobe and a further one enjoying the views.

Situation
Forest Road is a highly regarded road on the southern edge of town and within about 1 mile of the famous Pantiles, the High Street and mainline station all in the lower part of town. In the town centre there are excellent shopping facilities particularly at the Royal Victoria Place shopping mall. There are very highly regarded schools in the town including grammar schools for girls and boys and a wide variety of recreational amenities.

Outside
The attached double garage has two up and over doors, a rear door to the garden and also contains a boiler room containing the gas fired boiler. Integral to the house an outside door leads to the wash house with plumbing for a washing machine. To the front the drive provides parking for two cars, with lawn to one side and all well screened by mature hedges. The rear garden is mainly lawn and includes a paved terrace, garden shed and again all well screened by mature hedging.
