" This delightful town house, built in 2008 by Millward Designer Homes, is exceptionally well presented throughout and has many excellent features. The sitting room which is on the first floor is an attractive room with bi-fold doors to the south facing decking balcony which overlooks the rear garden. There is an excellent kitchen/dining room, also with bi-fold doors, opening to the terrace. The kitchen area is very well fitted and equipped with long work surfaces and a breakfast bar, a comprehensive range of cupboards and drawers, hob with cooker hood above, 2 ovens, fridge/freezer and a microwave set into wall cupboards with wine rack to the side. The family room or alternatively dining room is at the front and has a square bay window and a dual aspect. The principal bedroom is fitted with two double wardrobes, there are French doors to a balcony and the ensuite bathroom is well fitted. There is a further well fitted bathroom with serves the top two double bedrooms.

Situation
Coppice Mews is a private close off Forest Road in the highly regarded and sought after southern part of Tunbridge Wells. The famous Pantiles with its tea rooms, boutiques, restaurants and pubs and the High Street with further shops are both less than a mile away. The railway station is a little further on and the town centre is about 1.5 miles for a wide selection of shops including many major national stores at The Royal Victoria Shopping Mall and Calverley Precinct. Recreational amenities in the town include a cinema complex, theatres, a sports and leisure centre and two golf courses. There are excellent schools in the town for children of all ages including primary, preparatory, independent and grammar schools.

Outside
To the front of the house there is a designated parking space plus visitor's parking. Steps lead to the covered entrance porch and there is a path to the side for access to the rear. At the rear the attractive well stocked garden comprises a paved terrace by the house with steps to the lawn, well screened by close boarded fencing, trees and shrubs.
