" This outstanding detached house which enjoys attractive outlooks and views to the front and rear was built to this striking design in 2003 reflecting aspects of many of the fine houses in Tunbridge Wells. The spacious interior of the house, which is arranged over 4 floors, provides well arranged family accommodation and includes many exceptional features, some of which include the following. The kitchen/breakfast room is superbly fitted and equipped to a very high standard and this opens to the sitting room and is in an 'L' shape to the play/dining room, an outstanding combination. These rooms have polished wood floors, there are French doors to the garden and in the sitting room an attractive, contemporary fireplace and a wide spiral staircase to the upper family room. From the reception hall there is an impressive staircase to the upper floors and spacious landing areas. The principal bedroom suite is outstanding with views to the rear, a well fitted dressing room and beautifully fitted bathroom. All the bathrooms, shower room and cloakroom are also beautifully fitted and have underfloor heating which is also throughout the ground floor.

Situation
The house is set on the south side of Forest Road, a very highly regarded and sought after road on the outskirts of the southern part of Tunbridge Wells. In the town there are outstanding shopping facilities particularly at The Royal Victoria Place shopping mall and Calverley Precinct. In the lower part of the town are the famous Pantiles where there are boutiques, restaurants and tea rooms. The town is renowned for its educational facilities with grammar schools for girls and boys, and a choice of schools in the private and state sectors. The town also offers a wide selection of recreational amenities.

Outside
