" Description    A fantastic opportunity to purchase this three bedroom semi detached property built in the Victorian period. The property has been maintained to a high standard by its current owners and is well presented throughout. Situation    The property is located in the popular Hawkenbury area of Tunbridge Wells within easy access of the station. The area also has excellent access to the M25 motorway networks and is easily accessible to junction 5, allowing access to Gatwick, Heathrow and City airports.

There is also a choice of golf or tennis clubs as well as many attractive and interesting walks nearby.

Directions    From our office in Tunbridge Wells high street proceed in a northerly direction towards the town centre. At the end of the high street, bear right and take the second exit at the roundabout into Grove Hill Road. Continue up Grove Hill Road bearing round to the left into Prospect Road, and on approaching the traffic lights at the crossroads turn right onto Bayhall Road. Continue along Bayhall Road and around the horse shoe which leads into Forest Road. Continue along Forest Road and the property can be found on the left hand side shortly after the parking bay.
