" As an overall package, this is a very good quality family home in the sub £200,000 price bracket. To start with, you can just move straight in, as the current owners have done a lot of work since they bought it. A new gas central heating system has been installed in 2008, re-decorating and plastering works carried out, a new kitchen, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. They have also utilised a lot of the space in the house, to create extra storage so you won't be lacking in places to put things away!The house works well for family buyers, as it i is located on an estate with pedestrian only areas of grass to the front (keeping your children and pets that little bit safer) and there is ample parking to the rear of the house.Once inside you can see the amount of effort that has gone into making this house in such a good condition. The quality is of a very high standard and should leave you free to enjoy your time from day one!The location is good for local shops and you have the choice of local schools on your doorstep. It's also very easy to access the larger towns such as Sevenoaks, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells, and you are still only 5 minutes from the countryside!
