" A substantial detached Edwardian house built in c.1905 with spacious and versatile accommodation arranged over three floors. Throughout there are many period features that one hopes to find in such a property including high corniced ceilings, bay windows, tall skirting boards and a fine turning staircase. On the ground floor the accommodation comprises of a lovely entrance hall with striking black and white chequered floor, a small feature box bay window and a study area as well as a door down into the cellar. The well proportioned drawing room has an electric fire and large bay window to the font whereas the dining room, to the rear of the house has a period fireplace and French doors opening directly onto the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of floor and wall mounted units with windows to the side and rear, ample space for a table and chairs and a door into a rear lobby and cloakroom. On the first floor, the principal bedroom has an en suite shower room, fitted cupboards and a bay window. There is a further bedroom on this floor along with a large bathroom with laundry room and airing cupboard. On the second floor, there are a further two bedrooms - both of a good size and a further spacious bathroom. "
