      Located in the conservation area of Ironbridge. Designated as a World Heritage Site, famous for having the first "iron bridge" to be constructed in the world during 1779. Coalbrookdale has an excellent junior school and doctors surgery. Telford Town Centre is approximately seven miles distant with its range of leisure facilities, department stores, retail parks, railway station, access to the M54 motorway link road leading to main motorway network.
      Originally, it is thought that there was a "woodmann++s" cottage at the rear and extended at the front thereafter. Please note that there is large structural crack to the side of the house between the old cottage and the front - it appears that the brickwork was not tied in. In addition to this remedial work, the property requires full renovation and improvements throughout, which will make Benthall View a lovely family home once again.
