Situation

Lawley Bank comprises modern property styles and is extremely well placed for junctions 5 and 6 of the M54 motorway and is well placed for the Telford town centre with its wide range of recreational and shopping facilities, including the New Southwater development, the M54 motorway and the town’s central railway station. How to get there - from Telford town centre proceed past the Civic Offices and police station onto the B5072 West Centre Way (signposted Dawley); continue over the next roundabout and at the Old Park Roundabout take the second exit into Milners Lane the property is situated opposite the Wrekin View Public House indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
