Watchet has a good range of everyday shops and amenities, a station on the West Somerset Steam Railway and Marina development. The coastal resort of Minehead is approximately nine miles, the county town of Taunton with mainline rail and motorway connections is approximately nineteen miles. For those who enjoy exploring the countryside, the Quantock, Brendon and Exmoor Hills and the many renowned beauty spots of the area are within easy traveling distance.
From the centre of Watchet head towards Blue Anchor proceeding up West Street where the development will be found on the edge of the town on the left hand side.
