The property is well situated in Blind Lane, which is one of the side lanes off the main street through the village. Bower Hinton is a pretty village which is attached to the larger village of Martock via the small Hamlet of Hurst, and therefore is conveniently placed for the wide range of village facilities that Martock offers, including primary school, various shops, bank, chemist, Post Office and stores.It is very well placed for easy access to the A303 within a mile to the south, and thereforeprovides excellent links to Yeovil within c 10 minutes drive and beyond. From Yeovil proceed out of town heading west along the A3088 Cartgate Link Road andjoin the A303 heading west towards South Petherton. Pass the BP garage on the left, and pass the turning to Stoke-Sub-Hamdon and Percombe on the left. Take the next slip road on the left signposted to Crewkerne and Bower Hinton, and turn right at the T-junction, heading under the road bridge and back up the other side. Turn left to Bower Hinton before rejoining the dual carriageway. Proceed into the village around the sharp S-bend and turn left into Blind Lane. Pass the turning to Highfield Terrace on the right and theproperty can be found a little way down on the left hand side.
