" A most individual crescent shaped detached bungalow in an exceptional elevated town setting with glorious views over the town and beyond to Colstey Hill, Oakley Mynd and the Longmynd. GENERAL REMARKS Middle Bailey, as the name suggests, stands adjacent to the ancient castle remains which gives the town its name. It occupies one of the most desirable positions within this popular vibrant market town. Whilst only a short walk from amenities, its elevated town centre position is quite unique, providing some unrivalled views over the town's roof scape and beyond South and East to Colstey, Oakley and the Long Mynd. Constructed in the late1970's, the building does need modernisation and refurbishment to its most individual crescent shaped design. It provides excellent three bedroom accommodation with a living room with patio doors receiving the full impact of the glorious views, bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen/diner, hall and pantry. Outside are patio terraces, covered areas and large areas of terraced gardens, landscaped and native. A detached double garage and a small store and boiler room offer good workshop facilities. LOCATION The property stands in an elevated position just below the bowling green with part of the old castle walls forming some of its boundary.
