" This is a fairly spacious 1 bed flat with ample storage and outdoor space set in a well maintained 1960?s Ex LA block. This flat is available fully furnished with all kitchen appliances and white goods. The property comprises a good sized kitchen, large 15ft lounge, double bedroom with large built in wardrobes and storage, a lovely bathroom with a fresh feel consisting of a 3 piece suite with shower unit and shelves for extra storage use. There is also a 35ft roof terrace which surrounds the whole flat and proves priceless in the spring and summer months, as lunch and an evening meal would go down a treat along with the fantastic views across much of London. The flat has is in very good order. It has a homely feel, with dark laminate flooring running through the lounge and the hall way. The kitchen and bathroom are tiled with lino and the bedroom has a neutral coloured carpet.
