The property is located in Pembridge Road which is just of Ripon Road which has a few shopping facilities, public transport links, schools and recreational facilities at Tollgate Squash Club. Being situated on the outskirts of Longton town centre and having commuter routes on the A50 towards the Potteries and Derby towns. Trentham Gardens is also within access.

This is a nicely presented mid town house and a viewing is strongly recommended in order to appreciate the sized of the accommodation on offer. It has an entrance hall with tiled floor, an attractive lounge and a fitted dining kitchen with a range of wall and base units and having space for a dining table. There is a useful utility room with a store off and to the first floor there are three double bedrooms. There is also a family bathroom which has an electric shower over the bath. The property is double glazed and has gas fired central heating. Outside there is a gravelled garden to the front with shrub borders. There is a side entry and provides access to the rear garden which has paved seating areas, pond, shrubs, lawn, two metal sheds and is enclosed by fenced panels. Early inspection is strongly recommended as rarely do you get three double sized bedrooms and a large bathroom.
