" I have the perfect home for you, especially if you don't want the expense and hassle of owning your own vehicle! Ideally situated within easy walking distance of Eastleigh Town centre with it's array of shops, the bus and train station, Eastleigh Health Centre and a lovely park. What more do you need!

Enter via the side gate into the low maintenance, communal back garden through to the gated private walkway.

The entrance door leads into the living room, which is neutrally decorated along with the rest of the flat, and offers wood laminate and newly carpeted floor. Heating is provided by the radiators via gas central heating. There are doors leading off the living room to the bedroom and kitchen.

The newly carpeted bedroom is spacious and can easily accommodate a double bed. The double glazed bay window overlooks the front of the property with a radiator below.

The kitchen is lovely, with striking black tiled floor, and offers plenty of cupboards space with both top and base cupboards along both sides.
