" This beautifully presented three bedroom, two reception room house is ideally situated approximately one mile from the market town of Lymington with its fantastic selection of shops, railway station and the picturesque Quay. Features of the property include a modern open plan kitchen/breakfast room, a separate lounge/dining room, a modern walk in shower room, landscaped rear garden, allocated parking for two cars.



The entrance hall has laminate flooring, a large coats and shoe cupboard housing the electrical consumer unit and electric meter and stairs to the first floor landing. Bedroom three is a good size single bedroom with a large storage cupboard. The family shower room has an impressive double walk in shower with glass shower screen, a heated chrome ladder style towel rail, a WC, wash basin with tiled splash back and storage beneath, a mirrored cabinet, recessed ceiling spotlights, an extractor fan and lino flooring. To the front of the property is a fenced off area with pathway leading to the front door, a large area of lawn, borders containing mature shrubs and a private and secluded area of decking and gate to parking. To the rear of the property there is a large area of textured paved patio with the remainder of the garden being laid to shingle for ease of maintenance, a large storage shed and rear gate for access.   "
