" Only a short walk away from the village centre with its broad range of shops, boutiques and amenities, this well-proportioned first floor apartment is beautifully presented and has a light and airy feel throughout. Accommodation briefly comprises a good size sitting room with French doors leading out onto a balcony to the rear, two double bedrooms, a modern fully integrated kitchen, en-suite to the master and modern bathroom. Additional benefits include covered parking with further visitors parking close by and well-cared for communal gardens. Bishops Waltham is conveniently close to Botley which has a mainline railway station, Southampton Airport and all main motorway access routes are also easily accessible.  

INSIDE The block has a communal entrance hall and security phone entry system, stairs then lead to the first floor and front door leading through to the entrance hall. From the hallway there is a storage cupboard and phone for the entry system.
