" Only a short walk from the village centre this modern, well presented second floor apartment can also be offered with no forward chain. Accommodation briefly comprises a well proportioned lounge/diner, double bedroom and modern kitchen and bathroom. Additional benefits include a security entry phone system and allocated parking. To fully appreciate both the accommodation on offer and the property's convenient location an early viewing truly is a must. 

INSIDE The block itself is approached via a pathway leading to the communal entrance door which has a security entry phone system which then leads directly through to the communal hallway. From the hallway there are stairs leading to both the first and second floors with a front door to the property leading through to the entrance hall which has a large storage cupboard at one end and a door leading through to a well proportioned, light and airy lounge/diner. This room has an attractive double glazed bay window overlooking the side of the block, access to the loft, storage cupboard to one side of the room, TV and various power points as well as a door then leading through to the kitchen. The modern kitchen has been fitted with a range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a built-in electric oven and hob with extractor over as well as a built-in fridge, freezer and washing machine. The room also has ceramic tiled flooring and spotlights.

The bedroom which is a good size double room has a window overlooking the front of the block and a large recess to one side of the room providing storage space. A double wardrobe can be found to one wall with additional shelving above. The bathroom has been fitted with a modern suite comprising a panel enclosed bath with shower attachment over, matching pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC. 

OUTSIDE To the front of the block there is a large turning circle, communal gardens which have been aid to lawn and selectively planted with a variety of shrubs with a parking area to the side which provides an allocated parking space as well as further visitors parking. 

DIRECTIONS From our office in Bishops Waltham head out along Lower Lane to the very end turning left onto the Corhampton Road and follow this road for a short distance taking the third turning on the right hand side just before the roundabout into Elim Close. The block itself can be found on the right hand side.  "
