" A substantial detached house (approximately 2200 sq ft) requiring a degree of modernisation, in a sought after location. The space in the house is immediately apparent in the large reception hall which has original parquet flooring and the three separate reception rooms, including an excellent large sitting room, a dining room and a study. Additionally on the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a useful utility/boot room and a downstairs w/c. The first floor houses five bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master also has an en suite bathroom, and has a door through to bedroom 5, which could therefore be used as a dressing room.

The gardens are predominately at the front, with two areas of lawn and a patio that runs across the front of the house.
