" OVERVIEW Situated close to Southampton's vibrant water front, this superb 3 bedroom split level apartment enjoys far reaching views across the city. From several of the property's balconies, you can watch the spectacular cruise liners come and go from the historic port. This property would be ideal as an investment opportunity or for those wishing to live close to the city centre.

Charter House is just a short walk from Oxford Street with its great selection of bars and restaurants as well as being in close proximity to the city's extensive shopping centre at West Quay, the mainline railway station and a number of leisure facilities including two multiplex cinemas and the Quays.

The apartment is accessed on two floors, the main living rooms from the 6th floor and the bedrooms from the 5th floor. Charter House apartments are serviced by both a lift and stairs and benefits from a secure entry system and solid wood fire doors throughout. This apartment comes with allocated parking spaces within a secure underground car park.
 

ENTRANCE HALL The hallway features a tiled floor and gives access to the cloakroom and lounge/dining room. Thi room includes a double plug socket and access to the lower floor via a feature wooden spiral staircase. 

CLOAKROOM The cloakroom is fully tiled and benefits from a low level basin and WC with built in cistern.  

LOUNGE / DINER 32' 2" x 17' 3" (9.8m x 5.26m) The spacious open plan lounge and dining room boasts one good size balcony accessed via double patio doors to take full advantage of the property's great location. The room is heated with gas central heating to 3 radiators and has a good amount of double sockets. The hard wearing maple floor, gives the room a great feeling of light and space.
